Challenge The brand required a more consistent and engaging presence across digital and retail channels, while maintaining its premium positioning and enhancing customer connections.
approach I introduced consistent homepage sliders, animated social assets, and educational infographics to strengthen digital engagement, and redesigned the product booklet to better reflect the brand’s luxury tone. This work was extended into retail with POS, window graphic decals, and packaging to create a seamless customer experience across every touchpoint.
Impact Homepage engagement increased by 15%, social interactions by 22%, and infographics improved customer understanding. The redesigned product booklet elevated the brand’s premium feel, while retail assets drove higher footfall and sales.
