Senior Digital Designer 

Sofia created new exciting concepts for email campaigns (inc triggers) whilst keeping all the imagery and typography aligned with web and brochure design so that the brand was cohesive across all touch points, including social. Tracking customer journeys and A/B testing was imperative on improving how well the brand engages, especially with kinetic devices and video in campaigns. Individual emails garnered in excess of £1.3mn at peak times as a result of the excellence in delivering luxe creatives and resonating at a higher level.
